FINES PENALTIES AND INFRINGEMENT NOTICES

ENFORCEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and Infringement

Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1996.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1996.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Schedule 2 to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994* is amended in item 1 of Part A by deleting 19.00" and substituting the following —

" $10.00 ".
