Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement

2. Commencement niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fines, Penalties and Infi•ingelneni
:Notices Enfnrceinent Regulations 199.I.

4.             Schedule I amended

In Schedule I insert in alphabetical order:

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995

REPEAL LOCAL LAW 2013

Under the powers conferred by the Local Gotiernment Act 1995, and under all other

powers enabling it., the Council of the City of Armadale resolved on 25 February

2013 to make the following local law.

1. Citation

This local law is cited as the City of Armadale Repeal Local Law 2013.

2. Commencement

This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the

Government Gazette.

3. Repeal

The By-laws Relating l.o Signs, Hoardings and Billposting as tiublished in the

Gotiernment Gazette on 9 September 1965 is repealed.
