Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2008.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties

and In Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.
4.	Regulation 7 amended Regulation 7(2)is amended in column 2 of the Table as follows:

(a) by deleting "City of Perth Parking Facilities Act 1956";
(a)	opposite "South Australia" in column 1, by deleting "Any court of summary jurisdiction of that State." and inserting instead -

All Magistrates Courts.

(b) opposite "Tasmania" in column 1, by deleting "Courts of Petty Sessions in that State." and inserting instead -

All Magistrates Courts. ".

5.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule us amended as follows:

(b) by deleting "Liquor Licensing Act 1988" and inserting

instead —

" Liquor Control Act 1988 ".
