2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994*.

3.            Regulation 6A amended

(1)	Regulation 6A(1) is amended by deleting "$150-	in each place
where it occurs and inserting instead — " $300 ".

(2)	Regulation 6A(1)(b) is amended by deleting "$300" and inserting instead —
" $600

4.            Regulation 611 amended

Regulation 6B(2) is amended by deleting "$150" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —

" $300 ".

5.            Regulation 6C amended

Regulation 6C(3) is amended by deleting "$150" and inserting instead —

" $300 ".
