Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2019

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement
Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2019.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — when the Transport (Road

Passenger Services) Act 2018 section 303 comes into operation.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fines, Penalties and Infringement
Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.

4.      Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete the item relating to the Taxi Act 1994.
