Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement
Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994*.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after the item commencing
"Murdoch University Act 1973" the following item —

" Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1994 ".
