Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2006

These regulations come into operation on the day of their
publication in the Gazette or the day on which the Transport
(Country Taxi-car) Amendment Regulations 2006 come into

operation, if that day is later.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fines, Penalties and Infringement
Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994*.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended after the item commencing "Taxi
Act 1994" by inserting the following item —

" Transport Co-ordination Act 1966 58A ".
