Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and
Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Acts Amendment (Fines Enforcement and Licence Suspension) Act 2000 comes into operation.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994* .

After regulation 3 the following regulation is inserted —

A request under section 27A(1) must be made in a form
