Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and
Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment

3. Regulation 6C inserted
6B of Fines, Penalties and Infringement After regulation the regulation is inserted —

6C. Reduction of liability to pay fine where WDO taken
to be cancelled (s. 57B(7) Sentencing Act 1995)(1) This regulation applies if a WDO has been wholly or
partially completed at the time it is to be taken to be
cancelled under section 57B(5) of the Sentencing
Act 1995.(2) If the WDO has been wholly completed, the offender's
liability to pay the fine is discharged.(3) If the WDO has been partially completed, the fine
payable by the offender is to be reduced by $150 for
every 6 hours worked.[* Reprinted as at 6 August 1999.
