FINES, PENALTIES AND INFRINGEMENT NOTICES ENFORCEMENT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and Infringement

Notices Enforcement Amendment Regulations 1997.

Schedule 1 amended

2.     Schedule 1 to Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement

Regulations 1994* is amended by deleting the item relating to the Local

Government Act 1960 and substituting the following item —
