1, the Governor, acting under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendmen.f. Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gotjern.ment Gazette as the day on which the heading to Part 2 and sections 3, 39, 40, 41(3) and 42 come into operation.

Note- Under the Fines, Penullies and Infringement Notices Enforcement (Taxation) Act 2012 section 2(b), the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, commence on the day on which the Fires, Penallics and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Act 2012 section 39 comes into operation.
