Lieutenant-Governor and	Governor and deputy of the Governor of the
deputy of the Governor.	State of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Act 1996, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Govern- ment Gazette as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
