Enforcement Act Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 53(4) of the
Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fines, Penalties and
Infringement Notices Enforcement Act Amendment Regulations
1999.

2.            Section 53 amended

Section 53(3)(a) of the Fines, Penalties and Infringement and inserting instead —

" $150 ".
