Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
12 March 1999] GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1163 2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Act Amendment
Regulations 1999 come into operation.3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Fines, Penalties
and Infringement Notices Regulations 1994*.

4. Regulation 6A amended
Regulation 6A(1) is repealed and the following subregulation is
inserted instead —44
(1) The required hours in a WDO are to be calculated as —
(a) for up to $150 owed by the offender — 6 hours; (b)
for more than $150 and up to $300 owed by the offender — 12 hours,
and so on, increasing in units of up to $150. 9,
5. Regulation 6B amended
Regulation 6B(2) is amended by deleting "$100- in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —
" $150 ".
