Fine Enterprises Pty Ltd ATFT Justin Soo Seng Teh Family Trust Enterprise Agreement.
[1] This is an application under Section 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 for the approval of the Fine Enterprises Pty Ltd ATFT Justin Soo Seng The Family Trust Enterprise Agreement.
[2] Clause 20 – Dispute Resolution Policy does not allow for the representation of employees for the purposes of that procedure. Section 186(6)(b) mandates that such a provision, for an Agreement to be approved, must be included.
[3] The Agreement cannot be approved and this application is dismissed.
