Findlay & Anor and Punyawong

In the matter of *Findlay & Anor and Punyawong*, heard before Watts J, the dispute concerned the living arrangements and parental responsibility for two children, W and M, born in January 2011. The children resided with the applicants, Mr Findlay and Ms Adrei.
