1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 January 2003.

3Amendment of Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990, as amended by the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).
