Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001

I, Katrina Louise Ellis, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 16(1) of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 (the Act), EXEMPT ACT Super Management Pty Limited ABN 29 073 947 690, RSE licence L0003131 from the requirement to comply with the requirements contained in the reporting standards specified in the Schedule attached to this instrument, in relation to the following registrable superannuation entities:

(a)Astarra Superannuation Plan ABN 43 724 394 795; and

(b)Astarra Personal Pension Plan ABN 74 351 127 106.

This instrument has effect from the date of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and continues in force until 30 June 2011.

Schedule – reporting standards

Reporting Standard Requirement
SRS 100.0 (2005) Statement of Financial Performance. Paragraph 4 The trustee of a relevant registered superannuation entity1 must provide APRA with the information required by Form SRF 100.0, in respect of the entity, for each reporting period, by no later than the due date for information in respect of the reporting period2.
SRS 110.0 (2005) Statement of Financial Position Paragraph 4 The trustee of a relevant registered superannuation entity1
 must provide APRA with the information required by Form SRF 110.0 in respect of the entity, for each reporting period2.
SRS 110.1 (2005) Selected Disclosure of Investments Paragraph 4 The trustee of a relevant registered superannuation entity1 must provide APRA with the information required by Version A or B (as applicable) of Form SRF 110.1 in respect of the entity, for each reporting period2.
SRS 110.2 (2005) Derivative Financial Instruments Paragraph 4 The trustee of a relevant registered superannuation entity1 must provide APRA with the information required by Form SRF 110.2 in respect of the entity, for each reporting period2.
SRS 120.0 (2005) Exposure Concentrations Paragraph 4 The trustee of a relevant registered superannuation entity1 must provide APRA with the information required by Form SRF 120.0 in respect of the entity, for each reporting period2.

1 A relevant superannuation entity, for the purposes of the above reporting standards, is a superannuation entity that had total assets of $50 million or more at the end of the most recent year of income for the entity at the time of reporting.

2 Each reporting period, for the purposes of the above reporting standards, is each quarter based on the year of income (within the meaning of subsection 10(1) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993).
