Financial Management (Statutory Authorities)

Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Financial Management (Statutory
Authorities) Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2. Financial Management Act 2006 Schedule 1 amended

(1)	The amendments in this regulation are to the Financial Management Act 2006.
(2)	Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the items “Government Employees’ Housing Authority” and “The State Housing Commission”;
(b)	by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following item —

“ Housing Authority ”.
