I make the following determination under section 6(7)(a) of the Financial Management Act 2016 .29 May 2019

1Short titleThis determination may be cited as the Financial Management Determination 2019. 2CommencementThis determination takes effect on the day on which the Financial Management Act 2016 commences. 3Financial management provisions of certain Agencies are not suspendedThe provisions, in the following Acts, in respect of the financial management of the Agencies to which the Acts relate, are not suspended: (a) Fire Service Act 1979; (b) Inland Fisheries Act 1995; (c) Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997; (d) Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens Act 2002; (e) Tasmanian Development Act 1983; (f) Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery Act 2017; (g) [Clause 3 Amended by No. 32 of 2021, Sched. 4, Applied:01 Jul 2022] TasTAFE (Skills and Training Business) Act 2021.
