I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(3) of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 .4 June 2012

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which the Tasmanian Health Organisations Act 2011 commences. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 1 substituted Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted: Schedule 1Agencies to which this Act applies
