Financial Management and Accountability Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Financial Management and Accountability Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule (Prescribed agencies)

3.1   After item 111, insert:

“111A

Australian Greenhouse Office, comprising: (a) the person occupying, or performing the duties of, the office known as the Chief Executive of the Australian Greenhouse Office; and (b) persons appointed or employed under the Public Service Act 1922 to assist the Chief Executive

Chief Executive”.

3.2   Item 114 (column 2, paragraph (b)):

Omit “section 37”, substitute “section 40”.

3.3   Item 114 (column 2, paragraph (c)):

Omit “section 24”, substitute “section 27”.
