Financial Management and Accountability Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Financial Management and Accountability Regulations are amended as set out in these regulations.

3.   Schedule (Prescribed agencies)

3.1   Item 128:

Omit the item.

3.2   Item 202:

Omit “Australian Securities Commission” (first occurring), substitute “Australian Securities and Investments Commission”.

3.3   Item 202, paragraph (a):

Omit “Australian Securities Commission”, substitute “Commission”.

3.4   Item 202, paragraph (b):

Omit “the Australian Securities Commission Act 1989”, substitute “the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 1989”.
