1             Name of Determination

This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement (Refugee Review Tribunal) Cancellation 2007.

2             Commencement

This instrument commences upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Cancellation of Net Appropriation Agreement

This instrument cancels the Net Appropriation Agreement made under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, on 15 November 2004 in respect of the Refugee Review Tribunal.
