This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement (Office of Workplace Services) Cancellation 2007.

2             Commencement

This instrument commences upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Cancellation of Net Appropriation Agreement

This instrument cancels the Net Appropriation Agreement made under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, on 15 June 2006 in respect of the Office of Workplace Services.
