1              Name of Determination

This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement: Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade - Administered Expenses Cancellation 2006.

2              Commencement

This instrument will take effect on 1 July 2006.

3              Cancellation of Net Appropriation Agreement

The net appropriation agreement relating to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Administered item for Outcome 3, made pursuant to section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, is cancelled.
