1              Name of Determination

This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement: Department of Finance and Administration -Administered Expenses Cancellation 2005.

Note   This instrument takes effect when it is made.

2              Cancellation of Net Appropriation Agreement

The net appropriation agreement relating to the Department of Finance and Administration’s  Administered item for Outcome 3, made pursuant to section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997,  is cancelled.
