1             Name of Determination

This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement (Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts) Variation (No. 2) 2005.

2             Commencement

This instrument shall come into effect upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Variation of Net Appropriation Agreements

Schedule 1 varies the Net Appropriation Agreement made under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, on 22 June 2005 in respect of the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts.

5.1.19       Receipts from other Agencies and Commonwealth authorities in relation to the purchase of tickets for the M2006 Commonwealth Games. 

5.1.20       Receipts from the Art Rental Special Account for the provision of services.

5.3             Transitional Provisions

5.3.1         Before the commencement of a Determination establishing the Art Rental Special Account, subclause 5.1.20 is taken to refer to the ArtBank Account.
