This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement (Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts) Variation 2005.

Schedule 1 varies the Net Appropriation Agreement made under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, on 22 June 2005 in respect of the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts.
