1              Name of Determination

This instrument is the Financial Management and Accountability Net Appropriation Agreement Cancellation 2005.

Note   This instrument takes effect when it is made.

2              Cancellation of Net Appropriation Agreements

All agreements for net appropriations, made pursuant to section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, commencing on or before 30 June 2004 are cancelled as at 30 June 2005.
