  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 6).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the National Health Reform Amendment (National Health Performance Authority) Act 2011 — Schedule 2;

(c)on 1 January 2012 — Schedule 3.

Schedules 1, 2 and 3 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

   (e)  consultants engaged under section 104 of that Act
