  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 4).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 November 2010.

  1. Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

(a) the information officers mentioned in section 6 of the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010; and

  (b)  the staff mentioned in section 23 of that Act; and

   (c)  the consultants mentioned in section 24 of that Act
