I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on the commencement of Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Disability Discrimination and Other Human Rights Legislation Amendment Act 2009 — Schedule 2.

  1. Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
