1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 5).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3;

(b)on the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Water Amendment Act 2008 — Schedule 1;

1. Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
