1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

  1. (a)

    on 8 April 2004 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

  2. (b)

    on 1 July 2004 — Schedule 2.

3Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

  3. (c)

    consultants engaged under subsection 150YI (1) of that Act; and

  4. (d)

    the officers and employees mentioned in subsection 150YI (3) of that Act
