1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 3).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2003.

3Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997, as amended by:

1. (a)

   the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1); and

2. (b)

   the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 2).

Seafarers Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Authority (Seacare Authority) established by section 103 of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992, comprising: (a) the Chairperson of the Authority mentioned in section 109 of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992; and (b) staff made available to the Authority by Comcare under subsection 72A (2) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988; and (c) the Chief Executive Officer of Comcare, to the extent that the Authority has delegated its functions or powers to the Chief Executive Officer under subsection 125 (1) of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1992
