I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

2Commencement

 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2001.

3Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

 Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
