1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 2).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence as follows:

 (a) on 30 June 2000 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

 (b) on 1 July 2000 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).
