 These regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 4).

114AA Australian Office of Financial Management (AOFM), comprising: (a) the person occupying, or performing the duties of, the office known as the Chief Executive of AOFM; and (b) the person appointed or employed under the Public Service Act 1922 to assist the Chief Executive Chief Executive of AOFM
