1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 4).

2Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2013.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

1  Item 109 of Schedule 1

Repeal the item, substitute:

Australian Customs and Border Protection Service, comprising:

(a) the Chief Executive Officer of Customs; and

(b) the staff mentioned in section 15 of the Customs Administration Act 1985; and

(c) the Anti‑Dumping Commission established under section 269SMB of the Customs Act 1901

2  Item 142 of Schedule 1

Repeal the item, substitute:

Family Court and Federal Circuit Court, comprising:

(a) the Chief Executive Officer of the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court (appointed under section 38C of the Family Law Act 1975); and

(b) the officers and staff of the Registries of the Courts; and

(c) the staff of the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court engaged under the Public Service Act 1999
