I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulation under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 9).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day that it is registered.

  1. Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

Schedule 1          Amendments

(section 3)

[1]          Schedule 1, item 127, column 2, paragraph (d)

omit

Tax Agent Services Act 2009

insert

Tax Agent Services Act 2009; and

[2]          Schedule 1, item 127, column 2, after paragraph (d)

insert

(e) the Commissioner of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, established by subsection 110-5 (1) of the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012; and
Note   The Commissioner of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission is a statutory office holder who is given the general administration of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 under subsection 110-5 (2) of that Act.
(f) the ACNC Advisory Board, established by section 135-5 of the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012; and
   (g)  persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 whose services are made available to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commissioner by the Commissioner of Taxation under subsection120-5 (1) of the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012; and
(h) persons engaged under subsection 120-10 (1) of the AustralianCharities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012.
