  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 8).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

Objective: To establish the Centre for Workplace Leadership to boost productivity and the quality of jobs by improving leadership and management practices in Australian workplaces
