  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences as follows:

(a)on the day after it is registered—sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1; and

(b)on 1 April 2012—section 4 and Schedule 2.

Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
