1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment (2014 Measures No. 1) Regulation 2014.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Add:

7	Tasmanian Jobs Programme	To provide benefits to persons receiving certain social security payments. The benefits are to be in the form of incentive payments to employers who employ those persons. The Programme is to operate on a trial basis in Tasmania with potential extension to other areas of high unemployment.
8	Agriculture in Education	To improve the education of students in the areas of agriculture and food by providing online support materials and online curriculum resources to teachers.
