Section 11(1) is taken to have commenced on 5 November 1999. ˙ Standard amended 3. This standard amends the Financial Management Standard 1997 . ˙ Replacement of s 10 (Special application provision for pt 5) 4. Section 10— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Special application provision for pt 5 ‘ 10. The following provisions do not apply to a government owned corporation— (a) part 5, division 3; (b) part 5, division 5, subdivision 3; (c) part 5, division 7.’. ˙ Amendment of s 24 (Responsibility for strategic planning for physical assets) 5 .
