Financial Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Financial Management Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Financial
Management Regulations 2007.

4.             Regulation 2A inserted

After regulation 2 the following regulation is inserted —

“

2A.	Administration of office taken to constitute department (s. 5(1))
The administration of the office of Commissioner for Children and Young People under the Commissioner for Children and Young People Act 2006 is taken to
constitute a department for the purposes of the Act.

”.
