Financial Management Amendment Regulations 2014

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Financial Management Regulations 2014 to revoke a provision providing for meeting the expenses and obligations of Royal Commissions and Boards of Inquiry, which will be dealt with by the enactment of the Inquiries Act 2014.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Financial Management Act 1994.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 15 October 2014.

4Regulation 9 revoked

Regulation 9 of the Financial Management Regulations 2014[1] is revoked.
