I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 8(3) of the Financial Management Act 2016 .18 June 2019

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Financial Management Amendment Order 2019 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which the Financial Management Act 2016 commences. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Financial Management Act 2016 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Financial Management Act 2016 .
