(WESTERN AUSTRALIA) AMENDMENT ACT 1995

AN ACT to amend the Financial Institutions (Western

Australia) Act 1992.

[Assented to 24 October 1995.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Financial Institutions (Western

Australia) Amendment Act 1995.

Commencement

2.    This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 13 repealed

3.     Section 13 of the Financial Institutions (Western Australia)

Act 1992* is repealed.
