The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulation under the Financial Institutions Duty Act 1987.

Prescribed accounts

Regulation 3 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations is amended by adding at the end of subregulation (1) the following paragraph:

“;(e) an account kept by a registered financial institution on behalf of The Trustees of the Canberra Public Cemeteries”.
